The trip home

Ewan and Mom stayed in the hospital one night, and ate a cold breakfast from the cart outside in the hallway. Dad treated himself to a luxurious, quiet night of sleep at home, followed by a relaxing hot breakfast at his favourite restaurant.




This is Ewan on the day he arrived home.

Cletus is born

On January 4th, at 4:53am, Gollum was born. He weighed in at 8lbs 5oz, and was 21.5" in length. We heard alot of sighs of relief when people realized that we were not really naming him Cletus. And so we welcomed Ewan McLaren Armitage. We wish him luck growing up with parents like us.

In the beginning...

One day, I talked to Jamie about having kids. Once the shocked look left his face, we decided that anytime now would be fine.
Little did we know, that I was already about 2 weeks pregnant! Cletus was so close to being
planned!
So, we had a 3D ultrasound done, and this is Cletus the fetus at 25 weeks. While there, we discovered that our little Cletus is a boy with a lot of attitude. During the ultrasound, he actually gave us the finger! We thought we must be mistaken, until we took the dvd home, and saw it again!

And this is me about 6 or 7 hours before going into labour.
